The structure consists of reinforced concrete and concrete blocks and a coloured plaster render to the exterior. Internally the external walls will be dry lined using plasterboard and 80mm of foam insulation to provide the very highest levels of insulation to reduce winter heating bills.
Each apartment will have it's own gas burner to heat the radiators and water.
All windows will be triple-glazed PVC manufactured in Germany and incorporating the latest design and safety features.
All internal doors will be of solid wood construction and finished in a white lacquer paint with individual locking mechanism. The entrance door to each apartment will be fire retardant and complying to the highest western standards.
Each apartment building will have fire alarm system.
